Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The National Workforce Planning Systems Administrator will collate, evaluate and deliver an efficient, fit for purpose, workforce planning product, for National Workforce Planning Team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Identify and implement changes to systems required by future Enterprise Agreements (EA’s).
- Ensure the rostering system is maintained and functioning correctly to ensure the efficient and compliant allocation of business employees.
- Identification, escalation and ensuring Microster system issues are logged and resolved by the vendor in the shortest possible time.
- Assisting and supporting Payroll through implementation, managing and developing new ways of Microster /Chris21 Integrated Labour Management solutions.
- Undertake projects to implement time & attendance functionality into the Workforce Management system.
- Undertaking Site visits to identify and develop new business initiatives to be implemented within the Microster.Undertake Site visits to assist with training of key Microster users, developing Site specific user documentation and ensuring key management compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary or Industry related qualification(s)
- In-depth understanding and application of workforce planning
- Previous experience in the preparation of rosters for a large workforce
- Strong acumen for process evaluation to identify and establish ongoing improvements
- Great ability to analyse & interpret data by providing relevant context resulting in quantifiable measurements and actionable recommendationsGood technical ability in the use of software and computer systems
