About the role
We are a 12 bed unit that currently provides a level four high dependency neonatal service. With support from our multi-skilled team you will be able to utilise your clinical knowledge and experience to provide specialised, family centred nursery care to babies (from 32 weeks’ gestation) with a range of clinical conditions (including Bubble CPAP and High flow).
As a ANUM within Box Hill Hospital Special Care nursery, you will be required to provide clinical leadership through support and education to patients/clients and nursing/midwifery staff within the unit
You will be part of a highly dedicated team of medical, nursing, clerical and allied health professionals. We pride ourselves on providing our patients with timely access to high quality care.

Selection Criteria
Essential: Neonatal experience
Essential: Preferably NICU certificate

Sound leadership skills
Recent experience in a Neonatal Unit or NICU (essential)
Current valid nursing registration with AHPRA
Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team strong commitment to high quality, family-centred care
Post-graduate neonatal nursing qualifications
A willingness to embrace Eastern Health values and contribute to a positive team culture
The flexibility to accept a full rotating roster
