REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years’ experience as a full stack developer.
• C# .NET Core
• RESTful API using ASP.NET, Automapper (or other types), SignalR, gRPC or WebSockets
• Entity Framework (3/5+)
• JavaScript, CSS, Typescript, Angular 9/10/11+
• Azure App Services, deployment, diagnostics, and monitoring
• Azure DevOps administration, source control, branching, CI, CD, package creation and deployment via pipelines
• SQL Server 2017+, administration and performance
• Cordova/Iconic or other mobile native/hybrid app development
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, SQLite) or/and NoSQL document stores
• Experience developing in domain driven design, SaaS environment.
• Experience of working within an agile (Kanban) environment.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with cloud, mobile and hybrid (cloud/on premise) solutions (IOS, Android, Windows, Linux)
• Experience in building cross-platform solutions (IOS, Android, Windows, Linux).
• Experience with Microsoft Playwright would be advantageous.
• Strong team mentality and experience working closely with other developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of hospitality environments using Point of Sale (POS) systems

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You are an experienced full-stack developer able to actively and enthusiastically contribute to the design and development of our exciting cloud POS system in the hospitality sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Develop software according to existing and future business requirements.
• Contribute to the technology strategy, design, and product architecture.
• Being responsible for the technology delivery of the solution, ensuring operational success (uptime, performance, user experience).
• Communicate effectively at all levels; within the team, with business users, and other teams Provide analytical and programming skills across the entire solution.
• Help to maintain and improve the architecture of the solution including software, hardware, and integrations with a key focus on scalability.
• Take ownership of the automated deployment of new releases using Azure pipelines.
• Develop automated unit testing.
• Provide clear and concise documentation for users and other teams.
• Provide fault-finding expertise and follow issues through to their resolution.
• Champion coding practices and excellence.
• Research and follow emerging technologies.
• Provide out of hours support, as and when required, to cover key business events.
