Our CDP is structured to launch your career through three different assignments; there is the possibility of one assignment being abroad. The rotational assignments are crafted to develop your technical and professional skills, accelerate your learning, test your creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, throughout your rotations and get a better understanding of your areas of interest, strengths, and career aspirations.
As a Graduate Business Development Manager focusing on The Netherlands Hydrogen market, you will be responsible for spearheading business growth strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving market expansion initiatives. You will work closely with other department heads to align business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to succeed.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business growth strategies tailored to The Netherlands market to achieve organizational objectives.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to drive new contract acquisitions.
3. Participate in networking events and establish industry connections to facilitate business expansion opportunities.
4. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards while negotiating project terms with clients.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Conduct market research to inform strategic decision-making and identify market trends and opportunities.
7. Oversee branding and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and market preferences.
8. Negotiate new projects and contract terms with clients to maximize business opportunities and profitability.

Who are we seeking?

  • Recent graduate or graduated within last two (2) years or in the final year of university.
  • Pursuing or holding a MSc degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless engagement with diverse teams across Europe.
  • Active participation in campus activities, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to relocate for each rotation, potentially including an international assignment. Flexibility to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of each rotation.
  • Possess a healthy ambition, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.

  • Driver’s License
  • Other European language
  • Prior experience or internships in business development or marketing roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successful project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, laws, and regulations impacting The Netherlands market.

Recruitment Process:

The interviews will start around February/March 2024.

  • Begin with 30–45-minute introductory chat with our dedicated Early Talent Manager or Recruiter,
  • Followed by three 60-minute Interview Panels, where you’ll have the chance to connect with our talented team members.
