Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Network Administrator Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s network infrastructure. You will work with a team of network engineers globally to ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our network systems. This role requires a strong technical background in networking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with other teams to meet the organization’s objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience (8 years) as a network administrator or in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in networking technologies and protocols.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- In-depth knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, as well as network performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work setup and configure server hardware, network equipment, and backup software.
- Scripting, automation skillset is a plus.
