Position Title: Network Administrator
Location: Whitehorse, YT

OVERVIEW:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Network Administrator in Whitehorse, YT starting mid-Apr 2024. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Network Admin experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Network Routers and Switches (i.e., Cisco IE2000/IE4010). Experience working with SCADA systems to configure switches would be a great asset. Location: Whitehorse, YT (Onsite). Candidates must be able to work in Whitehorse, YT for the duration of the project. Flights and accommodations will be provided. Term: Three (3) months.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 6+ years of Network Admin experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Network Routers and Switches (i.e., Cisco IE2000/IE4010).
- Experience working with SCADA systems to configure network switches.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues and resolve connectivity problems.
- Experience documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Candidates must be able to work in Whitehorse, YT for the duration of the project. Flights and accommodations will be provided.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
