Description:

SEEKING QUALIFIED COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR FARGO, ND LOCATION *MUST BE IN OR NEAR FARGO, ND*

MedBridge Healthcare is seeking experienced Computer Support Specialist to work at our Fargo, ND location. The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the computer networks. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.. The Network Administrator ensures these processes and assigned duties are followed by all of the department according to MedBridge policies & procedures in accordance with states and federal regulations.
MedBridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy.
MedBridge partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two-year associate degree preferred.
  • Certificates/Licenses/Registrations in the computer, networking, and security field preferred.
  • Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft 365 Services and other cloud applications.
  • Customer Service and high level of Communication
  • Compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Process and create documentation and follow operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with virtual environments, storage, backup
  • Experience with scripting and automating tasks i.e. PowerShell.
  • Ability to make timely and appropriate decisions.
  • Demonstrate skills including ability to troubleshoot hardware and software. i.e. Office, online apps, Microsoft products, sleep diagnostic equipment, desktop, laptop, servers, network infrastructure
  • Knowledge and understanding connectivity, security, networking, systems.
  • Familiarity with current datacenter standards, technologies
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with manager potential actions at MedBridge partner locations that may improve or affect information flow, superior service delivery
  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Maintain current inventory/asset tracking of all technology related equipment, including but not limited to software and hardware and those items associated with the functionality of sleep services.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all systems.
  • Analyzes the impact of new and/or changing technologies and develops strategies and recommendations for changes to current systems.
  • Collaboration with labs on matters related to the network, operation, sleep diagnostics, and systems.
  • Performs equipment installation and scheduling of lab changes, lab relocations at current partners sites in cooperation with Sleep Facility Manager(s) and VP of IT.
  • Coordinates training of new equipment, equipment upgrades software
  • Performs equipment upgrade, maintenance, and scheduling of lab changes at sites.
  • Ensure systems are fully operational.
  • Able to travel throughout the company service area on little or no notice. Some travels may require one or many overnights away from the central office. Average travel per month = 1-3 days
