Scope
Under direct supervision, the Network Analyst 1 will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the management of networks including testing, installing, maintaining, and supporting; perform technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of the work; provide consulting advice on technical solutions and changes to business methods and processes to various clients; develop solutions using various technologies.
Responsibilities
Maintaining LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP/Cloud operations by working with network facility and vendors to ensure timely problem resolution.
Maintains and uses network management applications to identify network faults, to endure provision of data or other telecommunications access to customers, and the movement of information from one location to the other.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree in a related field from a recognized institution plus one-year related experience or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
