• Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining backup and antivirussolutions.
• Monitor network performance and optimize system efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and software to ensure compliance with licensingagreements.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhancesystem functionality.
• Provide training and technical guidance to users as needed.
• Preparation of laptops for staff on board and off board.
• Maintain company hardware, ensure the hardware is working.
• Recording and updating company hardware
• Manage firewalls
• Configure VPNs

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided.
• Strong computational thinking
• Must have knowledge and experience in designing and developing applications using programming language (C#, SQL SERVER, PYTHON)
• Interested in automation and machine learning
• Positive attitude with strong initiative to work independently, as well as across teams and departments
• 5 Day work week. Willing to work long hours and weekends for projects or emergencies.
