The Network Area Manager is responsible leading a dedicated team of Service Centre Managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to O’Brien Customers. This position has overall responsibility for maximizing the profitability and growth across VIC/TAS AutoGlass Service Centres. The Network Area Manager is designed to be visible and present throughout their network, to provide leadership, guidance, and development. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Driving customer centricity and best practices
• Growing profitability through driving Service Centre KPI’s
• Optimizing service centre resource efficiency
• Coaching and development of FLT
• Supporting the drive of best-in-class safe work practices
• Establishing and cultivating relationships with customers, suppliers and industry bodies
