Description:

Over the past 2 years our portfolio has expanded from 2 to 4 diagnostic networks therefore it is an exciting time to join our team and proactively support various workforce projects. The networks are formatted as a collaboration and we are extremely passionate about how we support our trusts.
Diagnostic networks are an advocate in creating an environment to support all our staff to develop and grow, share skills and knowledge, embrace innovation, deliver excellence and value within our network activities.
You will provide a wide range of workforce expertise to a range of stakeholders. You will ideally have knowledge of diagnostics and the challenges these areas face. The four pillars that this team supports is: Pathology, Imaging, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Physiological Sciences.
You will attend, participate, and present at various events as you will be representing the workforce domain and the relevant network. You will therefore need to travel around the East of England.
Ideally, you will have a background in HR, recruitment/training, relevant qualifications, or substantial experience. However, if you have some experience within the workforce speciality, we would consider a band 6 development role.
This post is until until 31st March 2025. Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
Work across all four networks supporting the workforce domain leads. Providing advice and guidance on a full range of workforce related issues.
This role is integral to developing, implementing, reviewing a range of initiatives and projects that have been identified within the workforce domain.
Working with key stakeholders to shape and deliver identified projects across the networks to improve and challenge the current situation within our diagnostic workforce teams.
Support the network workforce leads to meet various local, regional, and national agreed deadlines.
Present at various forums on progress, findings, and recommendations as and when required.
Provide support to member trusts with identifying issues around workforce.
Collation of various key data to then discuss with the workforce leads on relevance and identify potential issues.
Ensuring all projects are reviewed and on track to deliver.
Support the other domains with interdependent workforce issues.
