• Experience in both a technology role and management role · Experience with ISP and Internet scale networking, background in building, scaling and operating large-scale global networks.
• Track record in contributing to the creation and implementation of high quality, high volume recruiting plans
• Experience representing your team/technical area to senior management
• B.S. in Computer Science or four years’ equivalent - Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment is required with experience in either a Planning or Network Engineering role highly recommended

The AWS Networking team develops and operates the network platform for all of Amazon including e-commerce products and cloud computing solutions.   The Network Development Manager with Direct Connect team will deliver and enable Direct Connect connectivity experience that sets the global standard for AWS network performance, availability, security and cost for our customers. The manager will be part of a team owning the planning and delivery of all Direct Connect capacity globally. Amazon.com is looking for a highly motivated Network Engineering Manager to help build and scale one of the world’s largest networks.
