JOB TITLE: NETWORK ENGINEER (ARUBA TECHNOLOGY)
Location: Commutable from Basingstoke or Reading
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Network Engineer with proficiency in Aruba technology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure utilise Aruba solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimised network performance, ensuring reliability, and driving innovation for our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Aruba networking technology.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and principles.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Aruba switches, routers, and wireless solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN
- Firewall experience – Palo, Juniper, Fortinet, ASA
- Aruba certification (e.g., Aruba Certified Switching Associate, Aruba Certified Mobility Associate) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and deploying Aruba networking solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configuring and managing Aruba switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshooting network issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conducting network performance analysis and implementing optimisation’s.
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Staying updated on the latest Aruba technologies and industry trends.
