Description:
Implementation and maintenance of network security infrastructure and capability
Analyse and solves common complex network problems through reasoning
Create and update documentation related to installation procedures and troubleshooting of network incidents
Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve escalated incidents
Resolves all incidents and fulfils all service requests within contracted SLA’s
Tertiary Qualification in IT
IT Certifications such as CCNA and / or Fortigate
5 Years experience delivery Network Security Services
Must be based in Durban
Between 5 - 7 Year
