Our client is looking for an experienced Network Automation Engineer to work for a large organization in the Sydney CBD and Work from home.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Network Automation Engineer experience
• Experience automating network processes and functions eg, automating f5 Load Balancing (auto creating VIPS), automating IP allocation, automating Switch configuration, route table monitoring, writing scripts to check for faults on a network (duplicate IP’s, dropped connections, dropped VIPS,) automating decommission of network devices, developing scripts to automate data collection for network performance monitoring and generating reports
• Experience streamlining operations and reducing manual tasks and improving the accuracy of networking functions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with automated processes, apply debugging tools and document their code and process.
• Playbooks/Cookbooks experience
• Python programming experience
• DevOps experience
• CI/CD experience
• GitLab experience
• Jenkins experience, JIRA experience, GIT experience
• Ansible experience, Terraform experience, APIs and CLI experience
• F5 load balancer - GTM/LTM experience
• Linux operating system experience, Docker Containers experience
• Database nsql experience
• Kubernetes - Microservices experience
• AWX experience
