ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Network Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting network and communication solutions. You’ll work closely with both IT and Connectivity colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards. This is a key position where you’ll influence the company’s growth strategy and help elevate technical capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and support network and telecom solutions.
  • Develop high and low-level designs and contribute to proposals and bids.
  • Improve documentation practices and enhance solution supportability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
  • Support sales by engaging in presales activities and interacting directly with customers.
    Most importantly, you’ll be hands-on, visiting client sites to install and set up new network equipment, ensuring everything is secure, compliant, and running at peak performance. You’ll configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls, troubleshoot any network hiccups, and perform regular maintenance and updates.
