PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Will be working on general server tickets. Tickets that will have documentation related to the resolution method.
SKILLS
Must have
Healthcare-specific background, Telecommute experience;
3+ years of Active Directory Services (2012 and above);
2+ years of hands-on experience with MS Server OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
2+ years of hands-on experience with VMware platforms;
Being able to be productive with little direction.
This job is during odd hours and they have to be motivated to figure things out on their own.
