ABOUT YOU-

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and supporting network technologies.
• Proficient in supporting multi-protocol route/switch network environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting and maintaining Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions, encompassing authentication and management components with practical hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated experience with managing major incidents
• Competent working within an operations environment, providing 24x7 rostered support
• Skilled in using and understanding troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with vulnerability management and software/patching upgrade activities
• Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong, productive relationships with both clients and internal team members.
• Desirable: CCNP, SDWAN, Cloud Networks, CCNA Wireless, ACA-CA, ACP-CA, Routing & Switching, network authentication/authorisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE-

This position entails managing daily network operations, prioritising customer network change requests, participating in project implementation and receiving mentorship to support Senior Network Engineers as needed.
