Description:
NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Network Engineer. In this position, you will have a key role in the management of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, install and manage the overall network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN);
- Lead network and telecom projects, ensuring top-tier performance and security, and reliable operation;
- Detect, investigate, manage and resolve the network related problems/issues in prior to SLA;
- Participate in change process: install, configure network software’s and hardware’s even at out of business time or occasionally at weekends;
- Advise possible solutions on network infrastructure solutions to projects/squads’ requirements following the NN standards;
- Working in strong cooperation with external support companies, and with international IT departments;
- Participate in the audit procedures;
- Develop and maintain technical documentation;
What matters to us
- Engineering degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience;
- 5-8 years’ strong hands-on experience as network engineer;
- ITIL and CCNA knowledge;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken);
- Open-minded, proactive attitude, good communication skills;
- Good trouble solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in team;
- Strong Routing and Switching experience (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, VPC, VLAN traffic engineering);
- Proficiency with firewall policies, router ACLs and network security concepts;
