YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or equivalent industry experience required
- Hands on experience and demonstratable knowledge of working with Cisco Routers, Switches, Voice and Wireless Technologies
- Experience supporting and managing Cisco UC platforms (Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11.x and above)
- Able to plan / perform detailed planning and implementation of critical infrastructure work (upgrades/network refresh/cross-team co-ordinated maintenance) including change management
- Experience with updating and working with Incident/Service Management system – (e.g. ServiceNow)

Responsibilities:
This is a Full Time Fixed Term Contract for 9 Months within the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) department - Networks and Telecommunications.
The department provides multiple network and communication infrastructure and systems to support the ongoing operation of the hospital. You will be responsible for the management, maintenance and support of these systems in addition to being a subject matter expert in Cisco Unified Communications working across multiple initiatives and projects.
