Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Control and maintain the operational quality of the LTL network services, focusing on Line haul, Terminal Operations, and Pick-up & Delivery.
  • Continuously improve the overall service quality of LTL products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Steer the management processes to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency in the transport network operations.
  • Facilitate performance management dialogues and propose tactical initiatives to improve LTL network performance.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a quality reporting cockpit.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPI requirements in collaboration with the operational Network Management team and connected functions such as Business Process Management, Reporting and IT.
  • Manage the transition from current operational Quality Management procedures to a KPI-based Network Management approach.
  • Act as the key interface with internal stakeholders to drive actions that support service quality and financial targets.
