Description:
Job Description
As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices respectively in one of the following areas: the Network, Network and Security or Unified communications areas;
- Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders
- Elaboration of vision documents focused upon IT components
- Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies
- Operate client’s IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support, register and troubleshoot incidents and escalating to external parties
- Creation and testing of standard operational procedures – backups, restore, monitoring etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network and network security including architecture/policy level experience;
- Proven hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall;
- Proven hands-on experience with F5 BigIP load balancers is a plus;
- Experience in designing security for enterprise and datacentre networks: Firewalls, load balancers, web application firewalls, IDS, IPS;
- In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in network security administration (configuration, deployment);
- Maintaining and monitoring networks security devices, with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools;
- Proven experience with the setup of a WAF, IDS, IPS is an asset;
- Previous experience with network security automation is an asset

The working mode is hybrid (50% onsite)
