We’re seeking a skilled and versatile infrastructure expert to drive our Windows and Linux-based environments’ design, implementation, and security. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that empower our business growth and ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement servers, networks, and security within our Windows and Linux infrastructure and end devices
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design custom ICT solutions, and implement successful projects that meet technical and functional needs
• Proactive manage, enhance, and troubleshoot our corporate and customer-facing ICT infrastructure, ensuring peak performance
• To develop automated solutions to streamline operations, conduct configuration reviews, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
• To provide technical guidance and training to team members to elevate the team’s overall capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and monitor outcomes
• Remain vigilant about the latest vulnerabilities, taking proactive mitigation measures as needed
• Any Ad hoc duty assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-10 years of demonstrable experience in network infrastructure management, project management, vendor collaboration, and team leadership
• Deep understanding of network technologies, security protocols, IT governance, and virtualisation network management tools
• CCNP, MCSA, and knowledge of various enterprise-level routers, switches, and firewalls are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, allowing you to work effectively across all organisational levels
• Requires frequent on-site presence for optimal collaboration and project success
