Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for all things networking? Explore Group are working with a dynamic consultancy firm who are seeking a talented Network Technician to join their Vienna team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their network infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 years + proven experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
Proficiency in upgrading and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.
Familiarity with installing and configuring new card readers and other access control devices.
Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus

Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
Upgrade and maintain network equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot new card readers and other network peripherals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
