Description:

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the key contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating client contract administration process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives
  • Liaising with stakeholders and departments to ensure conracts are developed and approved consistently
  • Handle post-contract administration activities
  • Keeping accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, as well as for audit purpose.
  • Continously assist with process improvements
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree and above
  • At least 5 years of business service management experience in contract management or business operations
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, eSignature tool, and computer applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
