• sell new and pre-owned vehicles in an attempt to achieve volume and gross profit targets
• act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the process of buying a new or pre-owned vehicle
• create and perform compelling sales pitches
• actively listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
• present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits; pricing
• perform vehicle road test-drive with customers to demonstrate the vehicle
• overcome purchasing and pricing objection
