Primary Responsibilities: Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of the recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, onboarding processes and internship program.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to human resources team, handling multiple projects simultaneously, to enhance retention, engagement, and growth.
  • Process all new hire and onboarding paperwork, creating forms and templates as needed.
  • Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports from HRIS system as directed and track and analyze all metrics.
  • Update all HR related spreadsheets such as headcount, staffing, turnover and organizational charts.
  • Manage internal communication schedule and related postings.
  • Organize care and support to associates and families, as needed.
  • Coordinate all compliance and audit related requests as directed and manage sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Assist in special projects at the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • This position requires completion of a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of an Associate of Arts degree with equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and attention to detail required.
  • Expert knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel desired.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and social media tools.
  • Unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent administrative, time management, data management and communication skills.
  • Requires adaptability and dependability.
  • Excellent client service skills, ability to listen.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all team members, vendors and external contacts.
  • Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment, prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapt quickly to change, manage time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established time frames.
