Description:

LIVunLtd is seeking a self-motivated New Business Development Associate to contribute to our strong growth and trajectory in both existing and new markets. As a New Business Development Associate, you will be in a unique position to offer luxury services delivered at the highest standards within the world of real estate.
We are looking for candidates local to the Greater Miami and Greater Tampa Bay markets. This position will have a competitive base salary with a commission structure.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree level or higher
  • Strong ability to prioritize, plan and organize daily work schedule to maximize production
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Passionate about the real estate, fitness / wellness, and hospitality industry’s
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically through concrete application
  • Strong network of existing contacts in the New York market and beyond preferred
  • Excellent presentation, written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills a must
  • Polished and positive demeanor
  • Resourceful and continuously going above and beyond
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in both a team dynamic and individually
  • Efficient and effective at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities; secure and schedule meetings / presentations with prospective clients
  • Implement and execute on strategies to identify new business opportunities, generate new accounts, and forge long-term relationships
  • Recommend short-term and long-term strategies for business expansion through new industry trends
  • Educate team members and key management personnel on client conditions and detailed contract negotiations
  • Assist the LIV team with a variety of administrative tasks, operational projects, and relationship management to secure and nurture accounts
  • Maintain prospective and existing client-base in an organized manner within our Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams on company-wide initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of required contracts, amendments, and reports in a timely manner
  • Work alongside both operational and financial departments on contractual budgets
  • Effectively communicate the company’s suite of services, operational approach and unique positioning while maintaining the highest level of brand standards
