This position is for a New Business Recruitment Consultant working at our Dublin office, focusing on Technology recruitment. As a New Business Recruitment Consultant on the Technology team you will be responsible for sourcing Technology professionals within specific sectors whilst developing new business with clients.

As a New Business Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will be:

• This is a 360 role - proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships
• The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within the technology and commerce and industry markets, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base
• You will be responsible for achieving set targets
• Defining client’s requirements whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture and client’s annual growth plans
