MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, facilitating, coordinating, and supporting manufacturing operational KPI improvements and Andon system.

Responsibilities:
- Tracks, analyzes, reports, and maintains the Andon system and Production KPI’s.
- Prepares, updates, and reports on Cell metrics and other Production KPI’s.
- Reports and improves critical issues and trends regarding line stoppers.
- Prepares and updates Winnipeg Opex monthly articles and communication boards.
- Analyzes and provides support to Production Leadership regarding waste reduction.
- Ensures standardization of manufacturing best practices.
- Works with Manufacturing leadership and supporting departments for improvement initiatives relating to manufacturing and internal processes.
