SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of the Strategic Sourcing team, the Supply Chain Analyst will support key supply chain compliance activities for the company. This position will assist with the administration and maintenance of a United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement (USMCA) certificate database to support customs compliance within NFI Group companies. This position will enhance systems and processes, gather data, and prepare analysis for compliance and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:
- Request, collect, verify, and organize USMCA Certificates from suppliers while ensuring data accuracy and liaises with the Traffic team in expediting requests.
- Coordinate data and generate analysis to support supply chain compliance requirements.
- Assist the Costing team in completing regional value content calculations.
- Aid in the preparation of annual customs value reconciliation submission.
- Educate suppliers about relevant legislation and NFI’s UMSCA requirements.
- Assist with Supply Chain ESG activities within the Supply Management Team.
- Support the implementation of an enhanced global trade management system.
- Research customs compliance best practices and recommends improvements to internal processes.
