KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

The job holder should have or be able to acquire a good understanding of bank processes
ü
The job holder should have or be able to acquire basic project management skills
ü
Knowledge of HR administration
ü
Knowledge of premises administration
ü
An ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
ü
An ability to respect the confidential nature of the work you will be involved in
ü

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR matters.
  • Manage HR administration, including the processing of payroll administration.
  • Accountabilities
  • Manage HR administration systems, including appraisal systems, forms, holidays, sickness/ absenteeism, all type of announcements, monitoring and support, new joiner/leaver administration and staff training plans.
  • Processing of payroll administration.
  • Organising and conducting HR inductions and onboarding processes
  • Keeping employees’ files up to date
  • Meeting/interview organisations.
  • Ensure RBL processes and procedures maintained and kept up to date
  • Liaison with suppliers, such as the booking of training courses.
  • Ensure completion of annual DSE & WFH risk assessments for all staff to adhere to necessary compliance.
  • Complete the administrative task of SMCR annual reviews.
