Description:
SALES MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE - THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
- Experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit electronics, connectivity, vision systems etc. and related products- essential
- Excellent Customer Service
- Technical understanding, especially automotive electronics and software
- Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
- Proficient English written and spoken - essential
- Strong negotiating skills

Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
- Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
- Coordinating of all change requests
- Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
- Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
- Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
- Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
- Managing and negotiating customer claims and company’s requests towards the customer
- Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
- Ensuring legal framework for projects are set
- Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
