Reporting to the Inventory, Data and Reporting Supervisor, the New Machines Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supervising and overseeing every facet of equipment movement, ensuring timely execution to exceed customer expectations.
The role also ensures transportation administration & planning tasks are coordinated and completed efficiently for delivery to customer sites, making sure bookings are visible in business reports, align with delivery schedules, and meet on-site dates and times. Additionally, the New Machines Logistics Coordinator manages and fulfills administrative needs for machine movements from the wharf, between WesTrac sites, and customer demo sites. Ensuring timely bookings, accurate database inventory information (e.g., DBSi), and completion of supporting system processes (e.g., Smartsheet booking requests).
With strong communication and negotiation skills, this position is dedicated to keeping stakeholders informed about significant impacts on the supply chain of new machines and attachments. Collaborating with the downstream delivery chain, the Inventory Planner ensures continuous updates are provided.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining the precision of shipping & forecast data for new machines. This is achieved through the analysis, tracking, and updating of key information. The Logistics Coordinator aims to be the primary point of contact for the movement and tracking of all new machines and attachments, solidifying their position as a key player in the process.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (Permanent Full-Time)
