ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF A HICKORY’S NEW OPENINGS OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Ideally previous experience as a General Manager or Openings Manager within a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
• Ability to lead and inspire teams of up to 10 Managers and up to 150 Team Members in each restaurant
• An open mind and an ability to travel. The role requires plenty of road trips and nights away from home
• Eperience within a restaurant environment is essential for this role.
