docbraces has a new, exciting full-time opportunity! We are expanding and are now looking for one Call Center Agent to join our team. Canadian Orthodontic Partners support a national network of community-based clinics in delivering personalized Orthodontic treatment. We provide an enhanced level of patient care and service experience in our clinics putting patient care above all else. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Contact Centre background preferred
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns,

and overcome objections

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Possess typing speed/accuracy
  • Have the ability to achieve targets as required
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business

environment

  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a

rapport with customers over the phone.

  • Ability to learn and navigate computer software quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound follow-up calls to warm sales leads in a consistent and professional

manner.

  • Receive calls from prospective patients via telephone to help them book their

consultation appointment

  • Contact prospective patients who have requested a consultation appointment online
  • Communicate to patients about our benefits, and values in order to schedule the

consult.

  • Explain what their first consult will entail
  • Reschedule patient consultation if there is a conflict
  • Working with computer patient management system: look up information, data entry,

appointment scheduling

  • Navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
  • Act as an advocate for our services and business model.
  • Identify and overcome objections and concerns.
  • Provide great customer experience that will exceed callers’ expectations.
