Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
As an NSO Construction Project Manager you’ll ensure successful in year NSO program delivery by supporting the delivery of the NSO program across Costa UK&I for Equity & Franchise stores via process from initial instruction / design & board approval through to full landlord shell program and fit out of stores to budget and Costa brand standards.

A bit about the role…

Day to day, you’ll manage NSO projects & end to end process within the New Store Opening programme. You’ll develop construction phase plans and program of works in line with the Costa UK&I property pipeline. You’ll also drive efficiency in cost, and work within legislation such as CDM regulations and Health and Safety compliance. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Health & Safety & industry standards to ensure stores meet all building regulations and requirements
  • Assist in review of performance and selection with contract management alongside Procurement & construction team
  • Liaise with landlords, acquisition and estates managers, as required ensuring any relevant consents to implement change are in place
  • Perform the process for design and model approval for franchise & corporate NSOs [partner delivery]

  • Construction industry / project management qualification or working towards
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and using project management tools and implementation
  • Managing stakeholders with different areas of expertise

  • Understanding of the Stores environment and changes – capable of manging changing priorities
  • Good communication, such as negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in supplier and vendor management
