A luxury automotive brand with a great opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their existing team. You will deliver growth plans and achieve organisational performance through creating public awareness and customer focus across the brand. You will lead a commercially focused New Vehicles Sales team to promote the brand image of the company in order to increase sales and enhance the customer experience within the dealership.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategies to support the achievement of business plans, targets, budgets and KPI’s.
  • Manage new vehicles sales processes and activities.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of demonstrator and service loan vehicles.
  • Actively support the marketing team with new model launches and events.
  • Devise and implement daily and weekly team roster.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
  • Lead by example, coach and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure that all team members have agreed monthly/quarterly/annual objectives and targets.
  • Prepare, report and present monthly and quarterly data and results in management meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, external suppliers and business partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience within the sales environment
  • Previous experience in luxury automotive.
  • Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong leadership ability and experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Provide focus and direction to team and others
  • Effective relationship building and management, particularly at senior stakeholder level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time manage effectively
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional accreditation desirable; sound knowledge of automotive industry and PR practices.
