Your role will require you to have effective communication and the ability to craft assessments and reviews that are timely, proportionate, and person centred. Guided by your supervisor, you’ll play a key role in enabling our customers to live independently.
Your expertise should cover current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults, along with a solid understanding of Health & Social Care legislation in a broader policy context. Social Work England registration is a requirement for this role.
