TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing top talent and supporting the NFI Talent Acquisition Strategy. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work with HR teams and hiring managers in Canada and the US. With your expertise in recruitment and attraction, you will contribute to building a diverse, talented, and motivated workforce that is dedicated to delivering the next generation of green buses.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop a pipeline of diverse candidates using innovative marketing tools, professional networks, systems, and processes.
- Support the implementation and sustainability of the talent acquisition strategies including talent sourcing, candidate experience and employer branding.
- Represent NFI Group of companies at career, college and recruitment fairs and similar events.
- Report and analyze recruitment metrics to recommend improvements to recruitment process.
- Support regional HR recruitment teams as needed.
