Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Test Plans: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of software requirements.
• Perform Manual and Automated Testing: Conduct manual testing and create automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Identify and Report Defects: Identify, document, and track defects and issues, providing detailed and actionable reports to the development team;
• Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely and accurate testing;
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new development.
• Maintain Test Environments: Set up and maintain test environments and test data to support various testing activities.
• Analyze Test Results: Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in QA technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role of minimum 3 years with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Technical Skills: Good background in Python for automated testing.
• Tools: Experience with JIRA and automation frameworks.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to identifying issues.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
