Skills & qualifications needed

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with hotel booking systems is an advantage
  • The ability to work independently
  • A problem solver

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls, emails and our guests’ chat
  • Preparing guest lists
  • Planning guests’ stay and following up with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience at check-in and during their stay
  • Welcoming guests and being a host at check-in
  • Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
  • Ensuring payments are made and followed up in a timely manner
  • Following up with guests after departure
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
  • Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments
  • Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
  • Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
