Skills & qualifications needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
- You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with hotel booking systems is an advantage
- The ability to work independently
- A problem solver

Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails and our guests’ chat
- Preparing guest lists
- Planning guests’ stay and following up with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience at check-in and during their stay
- Welcoming guests and being a host at check-in
- Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
- Ensuring payments are made and followed up in a timely manner
- Following up with guests after departure
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments
- Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
- Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
