Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Night Duty Manager. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.
Position: Night Duty Manager
Location: Centre Point, London, WC1A 1DB
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • You will have a prime luxury background having worked in a similar role in either the residential or hospitality sector. You’ll be a passionate and caring team leader with high service standards and someone who actively works towards creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
  • You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
  • You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries and managing the front of house services.
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • You are a quick thinker and have experience dealing with onsite incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper protocol is followed, incident reporting and managing the process with relevant stakeholders.You enthuse luxury 5* service, ensuring SOP’s are adhered to
