• Be the Night’s Ambassador: As the Duty Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and team members during the night. You’ll ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead by Example: Provide guidance and support to the night team, including front desk colleagues, security, housekeeping, and room service. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Guardian of the Night: Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and the property by conducting regular security checks and following all fire and safety protocols.
• Night Owl Operations: Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
