JOB TITLE: NIGHT OWL

We are looking for someone to join our Roost on a full-time permanent basis, with the successful candidate working 4 days on, 4 days off between 8pm & 8am. Our new Night Owls (Customer Service Advisor) will become a key part of our existing, friendly and experienced property team at our Nelson PlaceProperty in Belfast.

Hours: 42, working a 4 on 4 off shift rotation
Salary: £27,300.00
Nelson Place is the newest kid on the block for student accommodation in Belfast opening September 2024. With 774 bedrooms, 3 floors of social spaces to include cinema, sky lounge, study and games rooms, Nelson Place has everything a student needs under one roof.
A 5-minute walk to Ulster University campus, it joins the hub of the student area, where we welcome our fantastic residents from all corners of the world.
