We have a superb opportunity for a Night Porter who will be responsible for ensuring our beautiful hotel is looked after through the night.
Duties will include: Looking after our guests, meeting their needs and providing excellent customer service, keeping the grounds and hotel presentable, setting up for breakfast, banking/safe counts, assisting with the check in of any late arrivals, answering phones for customer queries, carrying luggage to rooms and ensuring our car park is left tidy after guests have double parked their cars.
Offering from £12 per hour, depending on experience, plus great tips.
Candidates must have a full valid UK drivers license.
You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given
