You will have the responsibility of safeguarding our guests, colleagues, and assets while providing an impeccable and discreet security service.
You will promptly and professionally respond to all security requests, always demonstrating a courteous manner and upholding discretion and integrity. In addition, you will prioritize safety, enforce protocols, and maintain a secure environment.
What we are looking for
As a Night Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and the hotel premises at all times. Serving as an ambassador for the hotel, you will seamlessly combine a top-notch five-star security service with exceptional guest relations.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering service excellence within a luxury hotel environment.
You will carry out your duties with discretion, integrity, and a deep respect for the privacy of our guests. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is your ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
While we strive to foster a diverse workforce, it is necessary for you to possess good proficiency in both written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.
