JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overseeing the nightly operations of our laundry facility
- Ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate workflow, and maintain equipment to meet production goals.
- A Person who can Lead Washout getting corrupted
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Must be willing to help on the floor if ever work load piles up
