Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in feed manufacturing.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
- Good supervisory, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of feed manufacturing and willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of HACCP Feed and Food Safety Plan, and FSMA
- Ability to work in dusty environments, adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
Responsibilities:
- Report any factors that may influence the quality and safety of finished feed and ingredients.
- Participate with the HACCP Feed and Food Safety Team
- Supervise and assist in training all production personnel.
- Coordinate planning production activities with the Production Superintendent.
- Assist the Plant Manager in all areas of plant operations as needed.
