Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join our fantastic Front Office Team. As Night Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise overnight services and security of guests and property in the absence of the Night Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational supervision during the night and quality service to the standard experienced during the day
- Act as a point of contact for all guests during their stay and undertake Duty Management responsibilities at the hotel
- Ensure the effective follow up of all guest requests
- To assist Night Manager in the training and development of the team and ensure that all things positive and negative will be handled in a discussion/conversational manner as per company policies. This will be performed via the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, ‘one on one’ colleague reviews, discussion forms, and on-going departmental training
